Not as good as the Hyatt deal. This one requires 9 stays (instead of 5 for Hyatt) to get the 25K points.

after 3rd stay => 3,000 points
After 6th stay => 7,500 points
After 9th stay => 10,000 points

Plus the regular 500 pts per stay.
