Lets hope some changes are coming because the upgrades on AC are in the dark ages compared to the competition.
If they start upgrading everyone like UA's UDU for example, it will definitely diminish the product. AC's J cabin product is definitely on the very top compared to the major US carriers, and I suspect not offering UDU has a lot to do with it.
