Not at all. I assume you have booked the EUR 2176 fare, with fare basis INCEU28, which requires I class inventory for LHR-LFK-LHR and J class inventory for VIE-LHR//LHR-VIE.
The fare rules require 28 day advance purchase, stopovers in the UK cost EUR200 each, it's non-refundable, EUR350 change fee, changes before departure require repricing of the itinerary (and must therefore be 28 days before departure to keep the same fare), upgrades to a higher fare basis will cost EUR350 plus the difference in fares.
So, absolutely definitely not a flexible ticket.
