Since T3 is on the north side of the airport, and T4 on the south, with the Bradley terminal in between, it's gotta be nearly impossible to do what you are asking for. If they were somehow able to do that, and had a security breach, you'd be looking at having to empty both? Seems to me that the tunnels between T4-5-6 have been closed for that very reason. Sorry.
