I read what you said, namely that objecting to being forced to fly to Iran but not to a number of other destinations, notably in certain African states, is playing populace politics.
Well, I am sorry but I disagree with you. You regard social violence and state-enforced violence are equivalent. I do not place them on the same footing. I personally find state-enforced violence especially frightening and chilling, even more so in a state where you know that the diplomatic sway of your own country may be of extremely limited influence. We disagree. Fine. But I fail to see what can possibly justify a slur of 'playing populace politics' and 'hypocrisy' for simply having a different perspective and reaction than your own personal one on social versus state-enforced violence.
KLM FAs are not arguing that KL should stop flying to IKA and that Iran should be boycotted. They are simply saying that they should not be personally required to fly there. This is a reasonable request and, to the extent that KL can accommodate without great difficulty, I find it hard to find any reason for them not to accede to that request.
