Here is the updated list as of 4th of June 2010 with an extra 2 777-200ER that went thru the retrofit F-GSPT and F-GSPV.

777-200ER :
F-GSPA/PB/PD/PE/PF/PG/PH/PI/PJ/PL/PM/PN/PO/PP/PQ/PT/PU/PV/PY

777-300ER :
All International 77W have the Premium Voyageur Cabin. F-GSQN/QO/QP/QR/QS/QT/QX/GZNF/NG are in the COI version and won't get the new Premium Voyageur seats as they have the Alizé cabin.

330-200
The new config for the 332 fleet will be 40J-21W-147Y
The first aircraft has entered its retrofit program and it is F-GZCN

340-300
The new config for the 343 fleet will be 30J-21W-224Y
The first aircraft has entered its retrofit program and it is F-GLZC
