Jet advises me that if I have two ticketed bookings on the same flight their computer will auto cancel one of them. Is that true? What about cases where they could be more then one person on the same flight with same names.

One booking is in F and the other in J

I would have assumed that if a ticket is paid for and issued then they will not auto cancel the ticket. Can anyone confirm this?
