Arrow Let's Review This

http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/north...liminated.html

I've noticed (given I fly on a legacy NW route MSP-SEA) that if the flight is on time, the plane is catered, the boarding is from door 2 (between FC and coach), the FA's are in a "Good Mood" and the flight is not delayed at all -- a "pre-flight" drink does tend to be offered. If the flight is delayed, I tend to "turn a blind eye". All other scenarios - I scream to DL for Skymiles for compensation. I've gotten from 5K to 7.5K for these types of complaints.

One more observation - there tends to be a lot of "skullduggery" whenever I fly SEA-MSP and our flight was catered with carts back in DTW and MSP. I like to drink Bacardi & Diet Coke and I've noticed that more often than not, the cart in FC may have only one or two bacardi's in it which forces the FA's to "horse trade" with the carts back in coach. Hmm...
