No PFB tonight on MSP-STL. Yet the FA had time to open up the snack basket and enjoy some snacks for herself while were delayed for 15min while they fixed some equipment. Also, listened to very unprofessional banter between the FA's! I've had some really great FA's in the last month, but these two is what drives people away from Delta.
Sounds like some of Northwest's finest. Yeah I've witnessed that too - delayed out of MEM sitting in 1B & the FA goes diving into the beverage carts looking for a can of soda so she could drink it. Never did a pre-flight beverage service. How NW ever hired or retained these type of people who clearly show no regard for their customers is beyond me...
