Can't answer that specifically, but that seems to be the consensus/guidance on FT. I agree with it for reasons I really can't seem to quantify.
This thread is a bit unique in that it is not the traditional M fares are way too high discussion, it is a case of an M fare being higher than discounted J. So I think it's worth discussing on its own. ^
