1. Some of us are a little sentimental about leaving a program and site they have been part of for a long time.
2. The body of evidence about problems with the SkyMiles program offer possible improvements for DL. FT is a place where this is shared by people that fly a lot.
3. Posts on stickies get lost in the shuffle.
4. I am already staying an extra day to get a better fare, and cannot justify to my employer or sponsor to stay any longer to get a better fare.
5. Not sure why it is "bad form" to include the name of the customer service rep at DL.
Having read the comments about the original post, it was probably a mistake to write it.
