Yes I have flown a few times although not in Y-class.
It's very very far for a daylight flight.
You will have good AVOD.
Try to get an aisle seat because the seating in the 772 is quite tight.
Even better is Economy Comfort.
They serve a hot meal just after take off (lunch), some mid-flight snacks and then a hot snack before landing.
From Joburg to AMS it's a late night departure so you can (try to) sleep, hot breakfast and a landing time at a more pleasant 10 am.
