Cardio can be done by running outside, swimming in the pool, running or walking up the stairs, or using the cardio machines in the gym.
For resistance exercises, you can do:
Dips (between two sturdy chairs or tables if there is no dip station)
Pushups and variants (on any floor)
Pullups (if you can find something that will function as a pullup bar, or use pulldown machine)
Rows (free weights or machine)
Bodyweight squats (for more difficulty, one legged and/or hold weights or other heavy objects like your baggage)
Crunches and variants (on any floor)
