In the above situation, we'll have a 09.30 flight after spending the night at Hyatt, so we'll pretty much be up, out of bed and "moving" all the time.

Having said the above, there's been more than a few times when we arrive at the airport 4 hours before our flights. I mean, checked in, pass security and four hours left on the clock.
