I've never had an issue with anybody in the Sky Club. I did have one of my worst DL experiences with a ticket counter agent there once. That was immediately documented and sent on its way. It's been a year two, though. I fly about 4-5 trips to SFO a year.
After one of my fiascos with DL earlier this year I started chatting with a gentleman in the DSC. He was an ex-EP now PM and basically said his issue with the DSC was his last straw with DL. He'd been upgraded in advance on one of the JFK-SFO trips and, upon checkin, had been downgraded back to a middle seat in Y because he was "improperly" upgraded. He was on a full Y so he was back at the top of the UPG list but it left a nasty taste in his mouth.
