At the MO in Singapore a couple of years ago I heard one of Guest Relations Officers saying to another guest "There are no VIPs at our hotels - ALL of our guests are treated as VIP's"

Hmmmmm, yes obviously, that's why there's a picture of the General Manager greeting Jackie Chan and Frederick Forsythe in the MO magazine, whereas I get the Guest Relations Officer and no photos.

If at the MO everyone is created an equal VIP then some will be more equal VIPs than others, that much I know
