I have had nothing but pleasant experiences lately...well aside not processing the waitlist for an unfilled business class and starting the boarding process anyway, that was just a nuisance.

I've never had an issue with anybody in the Sky Club. I did have one of my worst DL experiences with a ticket counter agent there once. That was immediately documented and sent on its way. It's been a year two, though. I fly about 4-5 trips to SFO a year.
