I just wrote to CO asking about when I need to request a match to have it be valid for this year and the following year and this was the reply:

"Dear Mr. Vandelay:

Thank you for contacting the OnePass Service Center.

Any Elite Match completed after June 1, 2010 will be valid until the end of February 2012.

OnePass Customer Service Manager"
