The two bags look pretty comparable in terms of features, although the BR Transcend 20” wide body (http://www.briggs-riley.com/category...ight_TD-U520XW) has a garment sleeve, which I couldn’t spot in the TravelPro Platinum 6 20”. Sleeve or no sleeve, I personally would go for the BR 20” because I’ve had such wonderful experience with its other bags. I see no reason to switch to another brand.
