On Tuesday (6/1), I submitted a status match on behalf of my dad, his account already reflects platinum status. When I called on Tuesday, I was again assured by the rep with whom I spoke that his status would be valid through February 2012. Now, I'm not exactly sure how to check this date on his account, any suggestions?
