Workout routines for hotel stays?
I have a very specific question for you road warriors:
Given the following typical, minimal hotel workout room equipment:
free weights (dumbbells)
stationary bike
elliptical
treadmill (* I cannot use because of prior joint traumatic injury)
Are there any resources out there to develop a consistent workout routine using only these equipment?
My current thing is just to spend 30-45 mins on either the elliptical or bike at 80-85% HR, and do a few curls with the weights. I'd like to be a little less random about my routine, though.
P.S.-
I'll throw in some secondary equipment that I encounter about half of the time in my hotel stays:
stairclimber
Nautilus multifunction (pulldown, chest press, leg curls)
