I also find Shibuya station confusing; in fact, more confusing than Shinjuku or Tokyo stations. Finding the stairs (no lift, no escalator) to the single entrance to the Ginza line is, uh, interesting. For starters, it's a subway line but the entrance is on the 3rd floor!
