I had a brand new Buick SUV this week and it's air conditioning was broken. I drove all the way back to the ROC airport and they gave me a Kia as a replacement! And never even apologized for the hastle or the fact that my car had no AC. Awful. This car is so cheap and I had to drive clients in it today.
