checking luggage through on lay/stop-over
Flying PEK-HKG-IST-FRA with a 30 hour stopover in HKG. Would it be possible to check the luggage through (heavy shopping in Beijing!).

If not could I recheck at HKG before the overnight? And all needs to go through customs again? Storage at airport?
