One thing has been bugging me since I read this.

I can only recall two promotions in the past 12 months that were targeted by registration. They were the refer someone for Gold membership and the end of year gift.

There were others limited by hotel participation, such as no Asia Pacific promo end of 2009, but these are the only examples I can recall people getting the "you are not eligible". Can someone jog my memory if there were others please?

I just can't get how these 2 "registered" promos fit the statements made by The Lacek Group.
