The flight was scheduled for 7 PM.

I sent a message in on their customer care contact form, let's see what they say. I bet they're going to say "sorry about that, but we can't do anything for you" since I'm not one of their top priority customers like most of you (I have ~40k lifetime filght miles w/ CO)
