I agree that this was not appropriate compensation. As far as I'm concerned, you are due another VIPOW. AA markets these either the Flagship Suite or Full Flat on long haul flights. The fuzzy seat is no comparison, and actually being mechanical, AA is more responsible than say weather or air traffic. The fuzzy seat is more comparable to Delta's Business Elite or Continental's Business First--both not 180 degrees in recline and after all that is what you were after-not just a slightly nicer dinner.
