Does anybody know how long it takes to convert Club Card Vouchers into Airmiles?

I am 53 miles short for a flight I would like to take on 10th June. What do you think the chances are of them converting in time?

Also does the vouchers name and address have to match the airmiles account name and address, like with BAEC miles.
