When the Amsterdam to New York route was scrapped late last year, all existing bookings were transferred to British Airways Club World bookings connecting in London. So even in the unlikely event that Open Skies stops operating (which seems highly unlikely as they have only just started a new route to Washington) you should have no worries about not being able to make your trip.
