Possibly 'old news', but the BBC aired a documentary on the AF447 tragedy on Monday - here's the link to the iPlayer version: "Lost - The Mystery of Flight 447", but it may expire before very long.

I found the programme quite informative and well-balanced - rather less finger-pointing than in the other documentary referenced earlier in this thread.

If anything, the blame was (subtly) aimed more at Airbus than at Air France, but maybe that was just my perception.
