orif you are prepared for an extra stop (or a long but nice west coast drive):
GOT-LHR-LAX-SFO.

The upside here being taking NZ on the long LHR-LAX leg - truly a nice experience. Exceptional in C - but quite decent in Y. Beats the crap out of the alternatives. Dunno about their fuelsurcharges to award trips though.
