While I think this could be a good redemption in Business, I think you should really consider whether or not to do it in Economy since Lufty has these really nasty YQ charges. FYI, LX will start flying to SFO this summer and their in-flight product is much nicer, especially in C. To avoid a lot of taxes, try SK via ORD but I am afraid availability will be scarce if you are looking for a summer trip. Other options are CO via CPH/FRA/MUC/LHR or UA via FRA/MUC/LHR but again for economy it is really not worth it.

Flying GOT-SFO in March this year I managed to get a very nice price with AC, paying around 5500 SEK with 100% earning to EB (though I personally put the miles there they belong = BD) :-)
