No, no, that's not right. They charge the same rates for receiving international calls as receiving any other calls. If you have the $60 Beyond Talk plan you aren't going to get charged extra for receiving any international call.

If you want to be absolutely sure, though, just make sure you *do not activate* international calling. You can make international calls much more cheaply via other means (VoIP and other call-through/calling card providers), so you don't really want their international service anyway.

Why Virgin Mobile, though? There are plenty of other options for prepaid, no-contract phones?
