We were right around the corner in 1410. I believe I heard your kiddos on occasion but trust me they weren't a bother at all. My wife and I were the couple that had the little dogs. She insisted on bringing them much to my chagrin especially since it was an extremely long walk to a suitable area for them to do their deed! Hopefully they weren't a bother to you as well... Though they woke up and got a little barky when the 530 am drunken ruckus occurred! I know SPG also has future FT stay thread. Might be a good idea to start one for Hyatt to meet fellow FT'ers.

Not sure about room service as we ate in Nomi but our bill was well over 80 dollars on both occasions and we were given a zero balance on checkout. We did however, tip our waiters in cash based on the actual bill. Perhaps room service is different??

We chose the Prosecco and cheese plate for our Diamond Amenity. Prosecco was average and definitely not French Champagne quality as others have mentioned in earlier stays at the hotel. I thought the cheese collection was nice and well put together with approximately 4 varieties along with some nuts, crackers, and I believe Quince? Could be wrong on the latter.
