Remember the big storm over Vienna during the European football cup in June 2008? It had knocked down the TV emitter for a while... Well I was in the air with OS at the time, coming from DUS. Lightning all around the aircraft... Looked nice!

The poor CRJ went 90 degrees sideways on the first attempted landing... We had to pull up and try again. Second time, about 15 minutes later, time for everyone to get their natural colours back, the wind was also very very strong, they were som air gaps and we had to pull up again... We were maybe 50 meters from the ground, not so low, but scary.

On the 3rd attempt, also about 15-20 minutes later the pilot managed to land... It was also extremely windy, and it was a very hectic and really rough landing but somehow I suspect we did not have a choice anymore but to land...

Anyways, just sharing my worst landing experience here
