Given an on time arrival I would not be too concerned about the bagage. While it is slow in CPH it should be on the belt within 20-25min from arrival given your arrival time around 2200. This will allow you 15-20 min to find T1.

The check-in times for domestic with bagage is not my strongest point, so can not comment on those.
