Digging through some old papers and I found a cert my wife was given before we were married - it states on the front "This coupon entitles bearer to One A Plus Rewards Flight Credit Voucher" and a cert number. Back says "This coupon counts as one flight credit voucher. To redeem, please submit with other vouchers you've collected to the a-plus rewards desk.
