Yes, I've got one. You need the all-CO outbound itin to make this happen and today these don't seem widely available for Dec as they were yesterday.

Extra EU segs delay you to IAH and you can't make the 11pm CCS service. Then you will have to stay at least 18 hrs in CCS. I haven't had any luck forcing the AeroRepublica CCS-MDE flight to allow for more outbound EU segs the previous day.
