I wasn't able to find a place to do it for an already existing itinerary, (just did this last night for SFO-ORD and had to call Customer Service), but I think that if you're booking into a class that has meals (as opposed to upgrading) You can choose it during the reservation online.

It also does not show up on .bomb under my itinerary.
