Dont forget the VOIP options
Dont forget about using VOIP and data links if you have a lot of international calls, skype is very useful for this. Are you going to be making calls back out? skype-out has a cheap way around this too. Some phones have skype options built in.

Not in the US so cannot speak for how they work tel packages
