Yup! We both had two of the same dish that invloved ground meat (I suspect this to be the cause) and a bottle of Evian.

Someone mentioned third world coutries and I completely agree. However, Austria is hardly a third world country and the Marriott is not some random local hotel.

Bad food is a part of life and simply taking it off the bill is good enough for me, but saying that the hotel is sold out is what upsets me more. We were also told the same thing the morning before when checking in, thus having to wait for a room.

When a hotel of close to 300 rooms tells me that they are fully booked (including all suites), I have a pretty hard time believing that, especially on weekends!
