Earlier today when I logged into my DL account, I saw DL had a schedule change on the return of a DFW-AMS-TXL-JFK-MEM-DFW award trip. My concern is the change now puts our layover in MEM at just 35 minutes opposed to 1:04 -- which could be especially problematic coming off a flight from JFK since flight, of course, are often delayed out of JFK. The MEM-DFW flight we're booked ont is also the last one of the day.

Since there was a schedule change on Delta's part, can I call up Delta and see if they will put us on the JFK-DFW nonstop at no charge? I tried to change online but there is some glitch and it says, "ticket cannot be reissued."
