Taxi booking service is for the elite Eurostar frequent traveler, AFAIK. However, the city of Paris has a taxi hotline at +33 (0)1 45 30 30 30, though I'm not sure calling for a pickup at any of the taxi ranks around Paris would be very effective.

Though again, my vote is on les transports en commun.
