While I think the B&W photos are very nice, I still don't think they quite capture it. I almost feel like you have to look at them thru haze or smoke - that's more what it feels like to me travelling long distances for work - a B&W photo thru a fog.

I hate to say this, but travelling over 100K BIS miles per year I think makes ones whole life like it's in a permanent fog. Occasionally I have a month or so that I do not get on a plane and it is so refreshing, so fog lifting!
