How to use EB points with Lufthansa?
I have about 90k SAS Eurobonus points and would like to book a flight to San Francisco. Pereferebly Gothenburg->Frankfurt->San Francisco with Lufthansa since this is the only one-stop trip avalible for me.

How do I book this flight (at SAS.se only NY and Chicago are avalible to book with Eurobonus points)?
