Well some of us are cheap and don't want to spend/use all those miles (150K or 300K) for a business ticket on BA using AA miles. I am sure the reward on AA/Swiss will be less miles than that even though nothing is indicted on the web-site as of now.

Also I would rather buy a coach ticket on AA/Swiss, fly business at least 2/3 of the way (I am on the west coast) and coach is Swiss is not too bad at all.
