There's obviously a temporary problem in the lounge which I'm sure they're working on, doubt it has anything to do with recycled water but a general pipe type problem (though I'm not there so happy to be corrected).

In every part of life, things break from time to time. It's just unfortunate this has happened whilst you're there.
