This place was complete bedlam on Memorial Day Saturday.
I had three rooms reserved, two were not ready until 4:45. Hotel seemed to be packed with two o three weddings, kids from a soccer tournament, and sporadic other guests. Indeed, the lobby (which is sparce in sound-abating elements) was such a din that I had to yell across the front desk to be heard, and the desk agent had to scream as well.
I tried to get at least one of the rooms upgraded to a suite, and was even eady to burn a diamond upgrade to do so, but no luck there. They were able to provide three rooms on the same level (15), however.
Diamond breakfast was at Market Street. We could order a la carte, but all involved had the buffet. If you order the buffet, you have the option of several made to order hot dishes too (omelet, waffle, etc.) a nice touch.
After breakfast, the lobby had a wedding party coming in, and it was noisier than the morning before.
This is likely the nicest Hyatt in the burbs and being in Reston Town Center made it even better, but they could really stand to invest in some sound abatement!!!!!
