I do, however, agree with your comments that it just ends up BORING. Crappy product, crappy service, crappy food... which you don't notice until you fly it alot.
...keep up the good work.

I was not sure how readers would react to a B&W photo based trip report. So far so good, I guess.
As a business traveller, flying to/from far away meetings become a routine. After a while, I don't pay attention on all the surroudings anymore during the trip. I am either busily reading or responding to my emails, calling, or my mind is pre-occupied with work. I thought that BW photos would illustrate that "routiness" of business travel and "state of mind" of a business traveller.
United is supposed to be a carrier that cater to the frequent business flyers, but its products do not cater to "frequent" business travellers. Menu don't change often enough. Let's give us change in substance monthly instead of bring back the same old dishes in a new menu. United is improving with its rolling out of "new" seats in C and F to cater the business travellers, but the rollout is too slow, and majority of its 777 fleet are not equipped with seats that meet the demand of today's (not mid 90s) business travellers.
