LAT vs BIZ fare

Somewhat following this thread on LAT fare, Ive encountered an odd booking availability. I'm thinking of traveling to Krakow for a few days in early September. Ideally, I'd like to book LAT fare both ways. To me, it's more about the refundability and the ability to use an upgrade cert.

I have 2 weeks off starting the weekend of labor day. I was thinking of traveling on the Sun and returning the following Friday or Saturday. When I go to the booking page, LAT fares are not offered at all for the Sunday travel, or for that matter any of the available days up until after Labor Day. AC is offering Biz First lowest at around $1300.00 one way. For the return portion, LAT fare is offered at around $1500.00, and Biz First lowest at around $2100.00

Does this mean there are no LAT fares on the outbound at all? Again, for the purposes of maybe having to cancel my travel plans, I'd rather have a completely refundable ticket. Any thoughts?
